Message I havn't posted much at this website but have been browsing it for over a year and appreciate it very much and the information you guys have to say. Recently after reading good reviews about NYX Motorsports which is located in San Jose, CA, i decided to purchase a used transmission and RPS segmented flywheel from them for my 93 300zx. I purchased this on December 28 or 29th of 2005 and Furqan (the owner) told me that i should expect the products to be delivered to ND Autocare (located in San Mateo and where i was taking my car to have work done) by tuesday the folling week (3rd of January, 2006). So on wednesday the 4th i drove down to San Mateo and dropped my car off at ND Autocare for the tranny swap, rps flywheel, amz 1 piece driveshaft, and spl 8 piece subframe spacers to be installed, and the tranny was still not there from NYX. I planned that it was just late and since i read good reviews about them i went up to a friends cabin in sierra city believing they would have it delivered.

When i came back on Sunday the 8th i talked to Furqan online via aim instant messanger and he told me that it should have been delivered on thursday (the 6th). I thought that was two days late at the time however when i called ND Autocare the next day on monday they told me it still wasn't there. So i called Furqan back at NYX and he said they tried to deliver it wednesday but ND was closed, which is strange because thats when i delivered my car and they were definiteley open. And told me they would deliver it later today or early the next morning.

Tuesday came along ND autocare still didn't have the tranny and flywheel and i called furqan repeatedly until he finally picked up and he told me directly that his "deliverer" was "on the way" to ND autocare at the moment we were talking and that it will definitley be there later that day.

Wednesday comes, trannys not at ND and i cannot contact Furqan, after leaving a message on there, "message machine" and trying to call repeatedly.

Now its thursday, i have called them many times, nd autocare still dosn't have my tranny, and i start college again next week with no car. Im very frustrated with Furqan at Nyx Motorsports for promising me something he did not commit to and the fact that he didn't take a innitiative to call me back when there was a delivering problem.

They might be a good company if you just want your parts to come sometime in the near future, but if your on a deadline i would not trust there delivering times and their communication is horrible. Im left sitting here with no car for a week, with nd autocare having my tranny out and waiting for Furqan to deliver it, im yet to talk to him today but ive already left one message and im about to have a friend drive me down to san jose to their shop myself.

I will definitley not buy from NYX again, unless i dont care when i receive my product.
